I only need a few million, not a few billion, to build a few bridges

Britain's recent work to increase the bike share, means cycling now contributes £2.9b annually to their economy, according to a new report from the London School of Economics. The report's author, the right honorable Alexander Grous, has factored in increased worker productivity, reduced public health bills and things of that kind, that our car driving overlords seem to take note of. All we need now, is for a few to take note of my plan to build to a few overpasses in Newcastle, and make this city a model for change in other cities entering their post-industrial/bicycling phase.
